Making a decision
+ Make a booking as soon as possible to secure your date and time of your wedding ceremony. Remember that:
- You must be over 18 year of age. If less than, a parental consent and a Judge or Magistrate Order authorizing you to marry are required.
- The NOIM (download) must be completed and obtained by the celebrant at least one (01) calendar month prior to your wedding ceremony. If your marriage was conducted less than 1 month waiting period without the prescribed authority’s approval, it can be voided by law.

+ When you come, you must provide:
1. Original proof of identity documents:
- Your passport or your birth certificate if you were born in Australia
- Your overseas passport if you were born outside Australia
2. Proof that you are free to marry if you are divorced or widowed.
- If divorced: a divorce certificate
- If widowed: a death certificate
3. Proof of change name (if applicable)
4. On your wedding day, you will need two witnesses at least 18 years of age (parents, relatives, friends). They do not need to be Australian Citizens.
+ Please note that:
- We do not provide witnesses or interpreter for your ceremony.
- All non-English documents must be translated into English by a professional translator (NAATI accredited).
- Photocopies without a certified stamp and signature from an authorized person are not acceptable.
