If you are seeking an intimate and simple wedding, not to spend much but require a professional marriage registry with a professional celebrant, you can marry at our office. We offer couples a ceremony room which can accommodated up to 12 guests.

Migration matters

The role of the marriage celebrant is only performing your marriage. If you need some help with your visa application or migration matters, we would advise you to seek assistance from a registered migration agent or migration lawyer.

For overseas visitors (non-citizen marrying in Australia)

We have conducted many weddings for overseas visitors. Having experience with what is required for couples on visas and applying for immigration, we can assist you in the role as celebrant in this regard. All paperwork can be organised in advance of a couple arriving in Australia for a marriage. If you seek assistance for immigration, we would advise you to see our lawyer.

Australia Prospective Marriage Visa (Fiancé/e Visa)

If you are an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, and you fell in love with a woman or man of your dreams, and decided to get married in Australia, you may have the right to bring your foreign fiancé(e) from his or her home country to Australia for the purpose of getting married.
You must go through the visa application process before your loved one can obtain permission to come to Australia and you will be required the evidence that you will marry your prospective spouse within nine months of being granted the visa. You will need a confirmation letter for your visa paperwork for the Department of Immigration which confirms your lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and in which clearly states your date and place of the planned wedding ceremony.
